Anais Lee

Anais Marie Lee is an American actress who portrays Jessi Ramsey in the Season 1 (2020 TV series) and Season 2 (2020 TV series) of Netflix series.

Anais was born on January 9th, 2007, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She began her career at three years old as a print model, and has appeared in numerous advertisements for major retailers. Anais and Mirabelle (her identical twin sister) shared the role of "Janie" in the crime-thriller movie "Blood Ties" directed by Guillaume Canet. She and her twin sister continue to film television, film and commercial roles. When Anais is not acting or modeling, she is singing or dancing and performed in Debbie Allen's musical "Brothers of the Knight".

Career[]

Anais and her sister were discovered in a park one day with their babysitter and a photographer came up to her and said that they were were beautiful. He gave his card to her and said that he wanted to do a photoshoot with them for the children’s clothing company Llum. A few weeks later, their mom reached out to the photographer and they did their first photo shoot! They loved modeling so much, Their mom sent some of the photos to New York modeling agencies and they got a response right away. After modeling for a year or two, they started auditioning for commercials, television shows, and movies. They landed a role in their first movie, Blood Ties, when they were only 5 years old.
