This article is about the graphic novel. For the original novel, see Baby-sitters on Board! Baby-sitters on Board! is a graphic novel, illustrated by Raina Telgemeier and Gale Galligan, that will be released on September 19, 2026[1]. It is the 1st installment in the Super Special Graphic Novels, based on the original Super Special novel Baby-sitters on Board! This is the fifth BSC graphic novel by Telgemeier, who illustrated the regular series graphic novels #1-#4; as well as the fifth by Galligan, who illustrated #5-#8; and the first BSC graphic novel to have two illustrators.

Differences Between the Book and Graphic Novel[]
In the original book, the BSC spends three days at Walt Disney World—specifically, the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT Center, the two parks that were open when Baby-sitters on Board! was published in 1988. In the graphic novel, they instead spend three days at “a huge amusement park,” presumably to avoid artwork resembling Disney's trademarked or copyrighted elements, as Disney is well-known to strictly enforce its intellectual property rights.
