Grandad Engle was the paternal stepgrandfather of Andrew and Karen, the father of Seth, and the father-in-law of Lisa.
Biography[]
Granddad lived on a farm in Nebraska with his wife. Together the two visited Stoneybrook in Karen's Ice Skates. Granddad had participated in the family secret Santa and had told Karen how to check when the pond was ready for skating. Karen also mentions that he's a good cook in his book.
He fell sick sometime before the events of Karen's Movie, where Karen and her friends made a film together. In the book, he had a heart attack and had a bypass surgery.
He made his final appearance in Karen's Grandad when he passed away in his sleep and was buried in Stoneybrook.
