House[]
She lives around the corner from Jessi; you can see the back of her house from the Johanssens' in Jessi's Baby-sitter. However, in Claudia and the Phantom Phone Calls, it's mentioned to be two doors over behind them.
The house sits squarely in its corner lot with a crab-apple tree in its front yard and a welcoming dried-flower wreath on the front door. There's a flag stone walk and a red mailbox with a painting of a white duck on it. A white picket fence surrounding the yard in.
To reach the living room you walk out of the kitchen and through the dining room, turn right, go past the front door and the center hallway (where the stairs are), and turn right into the living room. All the rooms have white walls and pretty wood floors with richly colored Oriental rugs here and there. The kitchen has dark blue tiled floor. None of the room are big, but they're all cozy and comfortable. The living room has two overstuffed couches and a comfy chairs that face both the fireplace and a gorgeous cabinet next to it that holds the TV and stereo in Stacey and the Mystery at the Empty House.
There's a back door just off the kitchen as mentioned in Jessi's Horrible Prank.
Charlotte stores her portable electric piano in the living room in Stacey vs. the BSC. There's also a set of shelves in the den.
There's a basement mentioned in Claudia and the Phantom Phone Calls.
There's a lamp post outside the front of their house as mentioned by Stacey in Welcome Back, Stacey!.
