John Phillip Ramsey II is the father of Jessi, Becca, and Squirt Ramsey, and the brother of Cecelia Parker. He is married to Janice Ramsey. He is tall and has a deep voice which Jessi thinks sounds like James Earl Jones. He is very expressive with his hands when he talks.
John works in Stamford, Connecticut after being transferred there from Oakley, New Jersey. He picks up Jessi from her dance classes at the Stamford Ballet School and drives her to BSC meetings when necessary.
