Keegan Ross is a seven year old boy who appears in Karen's Ski Trip and Karen's Fishing Trip. He is friends with Karen Brewer.

In Karen's Ski Trip, Keegan and Karen meet at the Shadow Lake ski lodge. His parents are big skiers but he doesn't like it too much. The two became friends after buying a bag of pretzels together. Keegan and Karen entered the snow sculpture and ice skating contests at the Winter Carnival. When Andrew is injured while skiing, Keegan comes with Karen to go check on Andrew. Keegan helps Karen learn how to ski down the hill. He asks Karen to be his date to the Valentine's Day dance.
In Karen's Fishing Trip he is at Shadow Lake at the same time as the Brewer/Thomas Family. He becomes friends with Nancy Dawes and Hannie Papadakis. He tells Karen, Hannie, and Nancy that his parents are separated and on vacation with his mother. Watson Brewer let him go fishing with Karen on his boat on Father's Day.
