Mitch Conway is the caretaker of Watson's cabin at Shadow Lake. He only appears in Baby-sitters at Shadow Lake.

He has been at Shadow Lake since Watson was a child. He is described as very neat and responsible. He teaches Kristy how to drive the Faith Pearson boat.
