John Phillip Ramsey II (or Squirt) is a 14-month-old sitting charge of the Baby-sitters Club. He is the younger brother of Jessi and Becca Ramsey.

Squirt is of African-American descent and has gigantic brown eyes.
Biography[]
He was born in late June at Oakley General Hospital. The nurses nicknamed him "Squirt" because he was the smallest baby born in the hospital, weighing only 5 pounds, 8 ounces at birth. As an infant, he had colic, was bald, and scrawny.
He is learning how to walk in Mary Anne and the Search for Tigger. He has a wheelie walker, but he doesn't really need it. Squirt is into everything and is going through the "terrible twos" before he's 2 years old.
Squirt is learning to feed himself and his newest trick to pretending to sneeze. He knows how to say: "who" (for "shoe") and "whing" (for "swing"). His new favorite word is "no." He also says "ah-den" (for "again") and calls his belly button "ba" and likes to show it off. Because Squirt is learning to talk, he can’t pronounce words correctly. He says Jessi like "Dess-eee”, and says swing like “whing."
In Happy Holidays, Jessi, he gets into a car accident with his older sisters and aunt. Squirt fell out of his car seat and sustained a concussion. He had to stay in the hospital for a week. At one point, an IV was in his back draining fluids, and he was in the hospital until the day after Christmas.
He is a very happy and cheery toddler.
In Mary Anne and Too Many Boys, he can put Frodo in the same cage as Misty when the family pet sits for him.
