Biography[]
She and Karen Brewer become friends in Karen's Plane Trip. Together the two girls helped out on the farm and even ran a garden sale, like a lemonade stand. Karen notes that she rides a boy's bike.
In Karen's Ice Skates she sends Karen Brewer a present for Christmas.
Tia comes to Stoneybrook in Karen's County Fair. She was supposed to go to Texas to visit her aunt and uncle, but the family decided not to go. She was then allowed to go to Stoneybrook to visit Karen for three weeks. She joined Mrs. Stone's farm camp and helped Karen with Ollie the lamb. Tia wanted to spend more time in the city than at the farm. She had fun when they visited New York City.
